Vendors

 

We are so excited to be heading into year 9 of Paradise Road Show Friday January 10th - Saturday 11th, 2025 at The Ace Hotel & Swim Club in Palm Springs !

There are two options of indoor vendor areas, We have indoor spaces in the Commune area (Area by small pool) and indoor spaces on the second floor of club house (near main large pool). we must hold a certain amount of spaces in Commune for sponsors, so space is limited.

  • 9x10/10x10 and 10x20 spaces AVAILABLE in each area and All vendors must commit to both days of the event.

  • 10x10 booths include 2 wristbands and 10x20 booths include 4 wristbands

  • You may split your booth between 2 vendors, but there is a fee of $25 to do so.

  • 6ft tables and chairs are avail, please let us know if you will need them.

  • power is available, bring EXTENSION cords.

  • the vendor areas will be locked up when the show closes for the evening,

Setup + Breakdown: set up for both areas will BE available starting on Thursday January 9th - time TBD & Friday Jan 10 - 8am - 12pm.

Breakdown begins immediately at show closing - 6 pm on Saturday evening Jan 11th

***we will be having our afterparty in commune again this year so commune vendors will need to be loaded out by 7:30/8pm

CRITERIA: we are looking primarily for late 70’s and older vintage (70’s,60’s,50’s,40’s) and antique vendors for the indoor areas of the show. Vendor selection is based on curation of product, photos, and booth presentation. Vendors must be shops selling vintage clothing, accessories, or car/ motorcycle related goods. We get alot of jewelry and leather goods vendors and we can only accept a few.

*We accept very few modern brands to the show*

We do not accept any type of food or beverage vendors.

Payment: Your payment will be due once you have been approved via email. You are not confirmed until your payment is made in full.
